Refund
In order to start the service, the subscriber/user will have to share access to the Naukri account backed by a new Gmail ID (generated specifically for the service). The subscriber/user shall not change login credentials, including the user identification and user password, of their Naukri account until the service subscription period is over.
The subscriber/user shall be solely responsible for their login credentials. Any change in login credentials will lead to the termination of the agreement or will lead to the voiding of the refund clause (and the subscriber/user will not be able to claim a refund).
To The Digital will not use your credentials post-service delivery activation until claimed for a refund. (Not applicable for managed services)
The refund will be prorated, i.e., upon the fulfillment of the prerequisites for the refund as set forth by the service provider, any refund claimed shall be subject to a deduction of the resume writing cost, prior to the remittance to the subscriber/user claiming the refund.
The refund will also be prorated based on the delivery percentage: for example, if out of four CV downloads, two downloads have happened in the past, then 50% of the amount will be refunded.
There will be no refund if any two guarantees out of the three guarantees are delivered, which include the following: profile views, CV downloads, and contact viewed.
The refund will be subject to internal checks and delivery. Please note that the service provider reserves the right to refuse the refund if we believe that the refund policy is being abused.
To be eligible for a refund, the subscriber must have used the service for no more than 90 days. The refund will be processed within 45 days of the request, after the fulfillment of the prerequisites for the refund.
The refund policy does not apply to the resume writing services.
CV modifications:
The subscriber/user may avail up to three free modifications within 30 days of the delivery of the product or service. Beyond the three modifications allowed in the first 30 days from the date of delivery, 100% of the resume service fee will be levied.
Payment and delivery:
The subscriber/user who wishes to use the services must make full payment in advance.
The service provider generally delivers the services within 5-6 working days, but it may take 10-12 working days to deliver the product and services depending upon the situation and conditions.
Recruiter and consultant data and contacts are considered completely confidential and will not be disclosed under any circumstances
